Jun 24, 2026"As far as I'm aware it's a literal mom and pop, in the sense that it's only run by a mom and her son(?). They're both very sweet, and I've been dropping by occasionally during work for the last 5 years. It's evident the guy still recognized me, despite it being literal years, which was incredibly sweet. They have cute plushies! And a little convenience store! It's in a very convenient location for a tasty drink every once in awhile."

Jun 06, 2026"Just moved to Charlotte and first time visiting! Woman at counter was very welcoming and friendly! Ordered Jasmine milk tea extra sweet and chicken dumplings, BEST EVER! Tried a few other places but this one is perfect! Boba is on point as well! My new favorite spot!"

They had food, drinks, and even the cutest plushies!! 10/10 would drink again :) Happy holidays to boba koala!!! I posted on instagram and they even responded to my story and thanked me for coming in again, they were so kind!"

Mar 27, 2026"I’ve been going here for a few days now and I can say the overall experience is very comfortable. It’s atmosphere is nothing super extravagant but also not super plain. It’s a nice place to have a small stop and relax. They offer a variety of boba drinks, slushes, teas and buns. It’s also partially a convenance store that offers general supplies. The wait time is short and the staff are friendly. The store is also kinda cute. It’s honestly my favorite place to just sit and take a breather."

The jasmine green tea with boba I ordered was still fairly sweet despite ordering half sweet, and the very kind owner put more jasmine tea in my drink and also gave me some jasmine tea to taste separately. Can’t wait to come back here and give them all my money."

They had a huge variety of flavors of milk tea, and other types of drinks, and this is the best boba tea that I think I've ever had. I'm just visiting Charlotte from by NYC, but I wish I could come back here. Sooo good. Shop was very clean and nicely arranged too. And they had these adorable plushies, so I bought 3 and got a 4th plush free. Love it."
